Mix 1:6 - 1 part DHF to 6 parts deionized water

Equipment List

 

  • Frac Tank(s) - Disposal
  • Tanker Truck – Water Transport
  • Hot Oiler Pumper – Heated Circulation 
  • Vacuum Truck – Water Removal

 

Workflow

 

Day 1 – 1200 gal

800 + Chemical 

2700 Rinse

 

 

  1. Drain Large Dehy into disposal. (Frac Tank)
  2. Pump water (1,000 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
  3. Pump 1st chemical (600 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
  4. Pump 1st Flush into Dehy. 
  5. Circulate heated for 3 hours at 150-250 degrees.
  6. Reverse connections and Circulate heated for 1 hour at 150-250 degrees.
  7. Drain 1st Flush into disposal. (Frac Tank)
  8. Fill with rinse water and circulate for 2 hours.
  9. Continue to pump in added water while draining overflow into disposal.
  10. Drain rinse water into disposal. (Frac Tank)

 

Day 2 - 450

 

  1. Drain Small Dehy into disposal. (Frac Tank)
  2. Pump water (1,000 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
  3. Pump 2nd chemical (300 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
  4. Pump 2nd Flush into Dehy. 
  5. Circulate heated for 3 hours at 175 degrees.
  6. Reverse connections and Circulate heated for 1 hour at 175 degrees.
  7. Drain 1st Flush into disposal. (Frac Tank)
  8. Fill with rinse water and circulate for 2 hours.
  9. Continue to pump in added water while draining overflow into disposal.
  10. Drain rinse water into disposal. (Frac Tank)
